Impres Chargers can read identity, usage history and state of charge from intelligent Impres battery packs, which is displayed on the charger or can be down-loaded for analysis and logging. Impres can predict the end of life for a battery pack and avoid wasted man hours when the operating day is restricted by poor battery condition. For fleet usage this can be a very economic way of maximising battery utilisation whilst minimising the requirement for spare battery packs to avoid downtime.
